Perform a comprehensive analysis of a job description, extracting actionable intelligence the candidate can use for their application, interview preparation, and resume optimization.

JOB DESCRIPTION ANALYSIS INSTRUCTIONS:
- Analyze the provided job description across these 5 dimensions:
  1. SKILLS BREAKDOWN: Separate requirements into "Must-Have" (explicitly required, non-negotiable) vs. "Nice-to-Have" (preferred, bonus, or implied). Flag any skills listed multiple times as high-priority.
  2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Summarize the core 3-5 responsibilities in plain language. Identify which will likely dominate day-to-day work vs. which are aspirational/stretch.
  3. RED FLAGS & CONCERNS: Identify potential issues -- unrealistic scope for one role, vague language hiding problems, signs of high turnover, mismatched seniority/compensation signals, or "other duties as assigned" overload.
  4. INTERVIEW QUESTIONS TO ASK: Generate 5-7 smart questions the candidate should ask, informed by gaps, ambiguities, or interesting signals in the description.
  5. RESUME KEYWORDS: Extract the exact phrases and terms the ATS and hiring manager will be scanning for. Organize by priority.

OUTPUT CONSTRAINTS:
- Use clearly labeled sections with the 5 headers above
- Be specific and cite exact phrases from the job description to support observations
- In the Red Flags section, distinguish between genuine concerns and minor notes
- Keywords should be listed as exact phrases, not paraphrased
