META TAG OPTIMIZATION PROCESS:
1. Page Analysis
- Review each provided URL or page description to understand the core topic, target audience, and primary value proposition
- Identify the single most important primary keyword for each page
- Note any secondary keywords that could naturally fit without keyword stuffing
- Determine the page type (blog post, product page, service page, homepage, category page) as this influences tone and structure
2. Title Tag Creation (3 Variations Per Page)
- Variation A - Benefit-Focused: Lead with the primary benefit the reader gains, embed the primary keyword naturally, and close with a brand modifier or power word
- Variation B - Curiosity-Driven: Use a question, surprising statistic, or knowledge gap to compel the click, while still including the primary keyword in a prominent position
- Variation C - Action-Oriented: Start with a strong action verb, create urgency or directness, position the primary keyword within the first 30 characters when possible
- For all variations:
* Stay under 60 characters (hard limit) to prevent truncation in SERPs
* Place the primary keyword as close to the beginning as natural readability allows
* Avoid all-caps words, excessive punctuation, or clickbait that misrepresents content
* Use pipe (|) or dash (-) separators for brand names, not colons
* Include a power word where natural (proven, essential, ultimate, complete, free, new)
3. Meta Description Creation (3 Variations Per Page)
- Write descriptions between 140-155 characters to maximize SERP real estate without truncation
- Each description must:
* Include the primary keyword once, naturally integrated
* Contain a clear call-to-action (learn, discover, get, find out, start, compare)
* Communicate the unique value proposition of the page
* Match the angle of its corresponding title tag variation (benefit, curiosity, action)
- Avoid starting descriptions with "This page" or "We offer" -- start with engaging, user-focused language
- Include structured elements where appropriate (numbers, year, specific outcomes)
4. CTR Enhancement Tips
- For each page, provide 2-3 specific tips to further improve click-through rate
- Consider: use of current year in title, adding parenthetical modifiers like (2026 Guide), leveraging emotional triggers, matching search intent precisely
- Note any opportunities for rich results that could enhance SERP appearance (FAQ schema, review stars, breadcrumbs)
OUTPUT CONSTRAINTS:
- Title tags must be under 60 characters each -- display the character count in brackets after each title
- Meta descriptions must be between 140-155 characters -- display the character count in brackets after each description
- Tag each variation set with the primary keyword used
- Never duplicate phrasing across the three variations for the same page
- Avoid generic filler phrases like "Click here to learn more"
