2. Add a One-Line Reason
   - For each email, state the bucket and one line explaining why.
   - For delegates, name the right recipient and the ask.
   - For schedules, suggest a realistic day or time block.

3. Surface the Real Priorities
   - Pick the top 3 "reply now" items that matter most this morning.
   - Note any item that looks routine but actually carries a deadline or political weight.

4. Recommend a Batch Strategy
   - Group similar emails (status updates, intro requests, vendor pitches) so they can be handled together.
   - Suggest a single batched response for FYIs ("acknowledged, will read later").
